Add site information to a map

You can add site information that appears on a map in the map navigation panel in the Senstar Symphony Client interface.

To add site information to a map, you add a label and then use a content editor to add the information. The map editor in the Senstar Symphony Client interface includes four fields for site information, three sizes for the text, and two locations for the content.

  1. In the Senstar Symphony Client interface, click View > Map Editor.
  2. Select a map.
  3. Click the Map Porperties tab.
  4. In the Site Information pane, complete the following tasks:
    1. Select Display Site Information.
    2. In the label field, type a label for the information.
    3. To open the content editor, click the elipsis button.
    4. Type the information that you want to add to the map and click save.
    5. In the Format Size list, select the font size.
    6. In the Position list, select where on the map you want the information to appear.
  5. Click OK.
After you add site information to a map, it appears in the map navigation panel in the Senstar Symphony Client interface as the Site Information. Clicking the button, reveals (and hides) the site information.
