You can use the KillAll command to stop, start, and restart Senstar Symphony services.

Senstar Symphony Server
The Senstar Symphony Server includes functionality to manage devices, security, rules, sites, and settings.
- Log in to the Senstar Symphony Server
  You can open the Senstar Symphony Server configuration interface in a browser.
- Senstar Symphony Server services
  The Senstar Symphony Server runs the following services.
  - Check CPU usage
    You can use the ShowCPUUsage command to check the CPU usage on the computer that hosts the Senstar Symphony Server.
  - Manage services
    You can use the KillAll command to stop, start, and restart Senstar Symphony services.
- Devices
  The Senstar Symphony Server supports cameras, digital input/output devices, and access control devices.
- Security
  Security settings on the Senstar Symphony Server allow you to configure authentication for users, set and change permissions for users and groups quickly, and add watermarks to video.
- Rules
  The Senstar Symphony Server can generate alarms from rules. Rules include events, action sets, and schedules.
- Licenses
  License settings for the Senstar Symphony Server allow you to view and refresh licenses.
- Settings
  The settings for the Senstar Symphony Server allow you to configure servers, general settings, email notifications, health monitoring, Senstar Enterprise Manager integration, updates, and backup and restore.
- Analytics
  Senstar Symphony video analytics provide real-time alerts, smart video search, and reporting.
Senstar Symphony Client
The Senstar Symphony Client includes functionality to monitor cameras, manage video, generate reports, and configure alarms.
Senstar Symphony Web Client
The Senstar Symphony Web Client includes functionality to monitor cameras, manage video, generate reports, and configure alarms.
Senstar Symphony Player
The Senstar Symphony Player is an application that can view video files created in the Senstar Symphony Client.

Manage services

You can use the KillAll command to stop, start, and restart Senstar Symphony services.

The following parameters are used with the KillAll command to manage the Senstar Symphony services.


Parameter	Description
1	Stop the Senstar Symphony services gracefully.
2	Terminate the Senstar Symphony services.
4	Terminate the Senstar Symphony services only if necessary (excluding the AI InfoService service).
5	Start the Senstar Symphony services gracefully (excluding the AI InfoService service).
6 `pid`	Terminate the Senstar Symphony service with process ID equal to `pid`.
7	Restart the AI InfoService service.
9	Terminate the Senstar Symphony services only if necessary (including the AI InfoService service).
a	Start the Senstar Symphony services.
d	Disable all of the Senstar Symphony services.
e	Enable all of the Senstar Symphony services. The AI Tracker service is set to manual and all other Senstar Symphony services are set to automatic.
r	Terminate the Senstar Symphony services only if necessary (including the AI InfoService service) and start the Senstar Symphony services gracefully (excluding the AI InfoService service).
s	Restart the Senstar Symphony services in sequence.
t `tracker_id`	Restart the AI Tracker service with the ID equal to `tracker_id`.
x	Terminate the Senstar Symphony services only if necessary (including the AI InfoService service) and stop any instances of the Senstar Symphony Client running on the computer.

On the computer that hosts the Senstar Symphony Server, run a command prompt as adminstrator.
In the command prompt, type KillAll parameter and press Enter.
Where parameter is the number or letter that defines the specific function of the KillAll command.
