Manage services

You can use the KillAll command to stop, start, and restart Senstar Symphony services.

The following parameters are used with the KillAll command to manage the Senstar Symphony services.
Parameter Description

Stop the Senstar Symphony services gracefully.

Terminate the Senstar Symphony services.

Terminate the Senstar Symphony services only if necessary (excluding the AI InfoService service).

Start the Senstar Symphony services gracefully (excluding the AI InfoService service).

6 pid

Terminate the Senstar Symphony service with process ID equal to pid.

Restart the AI InfoService service.

Terminate the Senstar Symphony services only if necessary (including the AI InfoService service).

Start the Senstar Symphony services.

d

Disable all of the Senstar Symphony services.

Enable all of the Senstar Symphony services. The AI Tracker service is set to manual and all other Senstar Symphony services are set to automatic.

Terminate the Senstar Symphony services only if necessary (including the AI InfoService service) and start the Senstar Symphony services gracefully (excluding the AI InfoService service).

Restart the Senstar Symphony services in sequence.

t tracker_id

Restart the AI Tracker service with the ID equal to tracker_id.

Terminate the Senstar Symphony services only if necessary (including the AI InfoService service) and stop any instances of the Senstar Symphony Client running on the computer.

  1. On the computer that hosts the Senstar Symphony Server, run a command prompt as adminstrator.
  2. In the command prompt, type KillAll parameter and press Enter.
    Where parameter is the number or letter that defines the specific function of the KillAll command.
