  • Communicates with the Senstar Enterprise Manager
  • Updates the Senstar Symphony Server software automatically when using the Senstar Enterprise Manager to make configuration changes

  • Hosts the Senstar Symphony Web service that receives all requests from the Senstar Symphony Client
  • Hosts the Web server for the Senstar Symphony Server configuration interface
  • Retrieves timeline data from footage storage

AI Mobile Bridge
  • Facilitates communication between mobile devices and the Senstar Symphony Server
  • Facilitates communication between the Senstar Thin Client and the Senstar Symphony Server

  • Retrieves historical video from the footage storage
  • Streams video
  • Creates historical images

  • Communicates with the OPC Server

  • Polls hardware alarm inputs
  • Generates alarms

AI Tracker
  • Analyzes video
  • Saves video to storage

The Senstar Symphony Server creates an instance of the AI Tracker service for each camera. The names of the AI Tracker service instances include the ID of the camera.

AI Watchdog
  • Monitors and starts Senstar Symphony services
  • Log file prefixes:
    • hm (health monitoring)
    • nu (health monitor)
