Employee Info Tab in Personnel Manager

Personnel Manager -> Employee Info Tab

The Employee Info tab is used to store additional information for a personnel record. Each of the field can have field level permission assigned by profile in order to secure the data.

Personnel Manager -> Employee Info Tab -> Company

Adding a Company

  • Unlock the pad lock to allow editing of the Personnel module.
  • Click on the Employee Info tab.
  • Click on the ellipse to the right of the Company tag.
  • From the Companies box select the Controller Group by clicking on the drop down arrow.
  • Click on the green plus sign to add a new company. A new item labeled Companies will be added in the box provided.
  • To name the company highlight the newly created company.
  • Single right mouse click on the company and then single left mouse click. The item becomes a text box and allows the name to be modified.
  • Click on the green check mark to save the entry.

Deleting a Company

  • Unlock the pad lock to allow editing of the Personnel module.
  • Click on the Employee Info tab.
  • Click on the ellipse to the right of the Company tag.
  • From the Companies box select the Controller Group by clicking on the drop down arrow.
  • Highlight the company to delete. If no company is highlighted when clicking on the red X, the first company in the list will be removed.
  • Click on the red X to remove the company.

Adding a Department

  • Unlock the pad lock to allow editing of the Personnel module.
  • Click on the Employee Info tab.
  • Click on the ellipse to the right of the Department tag.
  • From the Departments box select the Controller Group by clicking on the drop down arrow.
  • Click on the green plus sign to add a new department. A new item labeled Departments will be added in the box provided.
  • To name the department highlight the newly created department. Single right mouse click on the department and then single left mouse click. The item becomes a text box and allows the name to be modified.
  • Click on the green check mark to save the entry.

  • Unlock the pad lock to allow editing of the Personnel module.
  • Click on the Employee Info tab.

Adding a Title

  • Unlock the pad lock to allow editing of the Personnel module.
  • Click on the Employee Info tab.
  • Click on the ellipse to the right of the Title tag.
  • From the Titles box select the Controller Group by clicking on the drop down arrow.
  • Click on the green plus sign to add a new Title. A new item labeled Titles will be added in the box provided.
  • To name the Title highlight the newly created Title. Single right mouse click on the Title and then single left mouse click. The item becomes a text box and allows the name to be modified.
  • Click on the green check mark to save the entry.

  • Unlock the pad lock to allow editing of the Personnel module.
  • Click on the Employee Info tab.
  • Click on the ellipse to the right of the Title tag.
  • From the Titles box select the Controller Group by clicking on the drop down arrow.
  • Highlight the Title to delete. If no Title is highlighted when clicking on the red X, the first company in the list will be removed.
  • Click on the red X to remove the Title.

Personnel Manager -> Employee Info Tab

  • Social Security# - The social security# field is a numeric based field and allows a combination of both special characters as well as numeric values to be entered.
  • Address 1 This is a text based field that allows alpha and numeric characters as well as special characters. To enter in an address click in the text box to the left of the Address 1 tag and enter the desired address information.
  • Address 2 This is a text based field that allows alpha and numeric characters as well as special characters. To enter in an address click in the text box to the left of the Address 2 tag and enter the desired address information.
  • Date of Birth This is a calendar based field that allows the card holders birth date to be selected by clicking on the drop down arrow to the right of the Date of Birth tag. Select the desired Birth date from the calendar provided. To select months in the future or past click on the left and right arrows to advance / decrease the month. This is an optional field.
  • Date of Hire This is a calendar based field that allows the date of hire to be selected by clicking on the drop down arrow to the right of the Date of Hire tag. Select the desired date from the calendar provided. To select months in the future or past click on the left and right arrows to advance / decrease the month. This is an optional field.
  • Work# - The work number field is an alpha / numeric text based field. Enter the work phone number for the employee by typing in the text box provided to the right of the Work# tag. This is an optional field.
  • Home# - The Home number field is an alpha / numeric text based field. Enter the home phone number for the employee by typing in the text box provided to the right of the Home# tag. This is an optional field.
  • Employee# - The Employee number field is an alpha / numeric text based field. Enter the Employee number by typing in the text box provided to the right of the Employee# tag. This is an optional field.
  • Email Enter the e-mail address for the employee in the text box to the right of the Email tag. This field allows alpha numeric characters as well as special characters. This is an optional field. This
  • Notes This is a text based field allowing alpha numeric characters as well as special characters. To add a date / time stamp, click on the clock icon locate in the right corner. This is an optional field.
