Integrate an AMAG access control device
You can integrate an AMAG access control device with the Senstar Symphony Server to use events from the access control device to trigger alarms. To integrate an AMAG access control device, complete the following workflow: - Install the AMAG library on the computer that hosts the Symphony Server.
- Download HardwarePack.AMAGIntegration.zip from the Senstar XNET.
- Extract the files to the _bin folder on the computer hosting the Senstar Symphony Server.
- Restart the Symphony services.
- In the Symphony server configuration interface, add the AMAG access control device. For more information, visit Add an integration.
- In Senstar Symphony Server configuration interface, click Devices > Integrations.
- In the Device Type list, select AMAG Integration System.
- In the Name field, type a name for the AMAG access control device.
The name appears in the Senstar Symphony Client interface. - In the IP Address field, type the IP address of the AMAG access control device.
- To use HTTPS for the connection between the AMAG access control device and the Senstar Symphony Server, select the HTTPS box.
- In the Username field, type the username that you use to authenticate with the AMAG access control device.
- In the Password field, type the password that you use to authenticate with the AMAG access control device.
- Click Connect to Device.
- In the Groups list, select the group in which the AMAG access control device appears in the Senstar Symphony Client interface.
- Click Save.
