Force a camera to have a specific ID
To force the next camera that you add to the Symphony Server to have a specific ID, add the following settings to the Symphony database using the manual configuration editor in the Symphony Client: Type: Global
Section: Main
Key: NextCameraId
Value: camera_id Where camera_id is the number (1 to 9999) that you want to use as the camera ID for the next camera that you add to the Symphony Server. If you set the camera_id to 1, the Symphony Server uses the lowest available number as the camera ID. If you set the camera_id to the ID of an existing camera, the Symphony Server uses the next lowest available number as the camera ID.
