Local back up does not work with the English (Sweden) system locale

Problem

Backup configuration for the Symphony Server does not work if the system locale in set to English (Sweden). The log file will include the following exception:

System.ArgumentException: 1 is not a supported code page.

Resolution

On the computer that hosts the Symphony Server, change the Locale and LocaleName values in the HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Internation registry key to something other than 1000 and en-SE. For example, use the values 409 and en-US.
