Change the threshold for key-frame mode
You can set the threshold at which the Symphony Client switches from playing evey frame (full-frame mode) to playing only the key frames (key-frame mode). The default behavior for the Symphony Client is to switch to key-frame mode at 6x playback speed. You can set a new threshold based on the playback speed, the frames per second, or the megapixels per second. - Open the acc.ini file (%APPDATA%\Senstar7\acc.ini) in a text editor.
- Type [VideoRecvCtrl].
- To set the threshold based on playback speed, type KeyFrameSpeed=x, where x is the playback speed at which to switch to key frame mode.
- To set the threshold based on frames per second, type KeyFrameFPS=x, where x is the frames per second at which to switch to key frame mode.
- To set the threshold based on megapixels per second, type KeyFramesMPPS=x, where x is the megapixels per second at which to switch to key frame mode.
- Save and close the acc.ini file.
