The Symphony Web Client does not show video (live and historical)
Issue The Symphony Web Client does not show video (live and historical) when the Symphony Web Client and the Symphony Server are on different networks. For example, when you try to use the Web Client to view video from a Symphony Server over the Internet. Cause Video does not work when using WebRTC if there is network address translation (NAT) between the video server and the video client. Resolution To view video in a Symphony Web Client when there is a NAT between the Symphony Web Client and the Symphony Server, you need to use a STUN or TURN server. STUN and TURN servers act as proxies between the video server and video client. If you are using a symmetrical NAT, configure and use a TURN server. Otherwise, configure and use a STUN server.
