Integrate a Software House C-Cure 9000 access control device

You can integrate the Software House C-CURE 9000 access control device with Symphony to allow Symphony to use events from the access control device to trigger alarms.

Supported versions:

  • Software House C-CURE 9000 v2.40
  • Software House C-CURE 9000 v2.50
  • Software House C-CURE 9000 v2.60
  • Software House C-CURE 9000 v2.70

To integrate the C-CURE 9000, complete the following workflow:

  1. Install and configure the Software House C-CURE 9000 software. The C-CURE software should not be on the same computer as the Symphony Server.
  2. On the computer that hosts the C-CURE 9000 software, run the Software House service installer from Senstar. This application is available from Senstar Support.
  3. Update and validate the license.
    • If the SQL Server uses Windows Authentication, run the following command:
      InsertLicenseOption /U /V /S:<computer_name>\<instance_name> /N:"Senstar Symphony Integration" /A:"Senstar Corp." /G:4e5ec126-f75c-4fc4-b03c-98131936e8b5 /C:2 /P:0
Where <computer_name> is the name of the computer that hosts the SQL Server and <instance_name> is the name of the SQL instance.
    • If the SQL Server uses SQL Authentication, run the following command:
      InsertLicenseOption /U /V /ConnectionString:Server=<computer_name>\<instance_name>;Initial Catalog=ACVSCore;User ID=<sql_user>;Password=<sql_password> /N:"Senstar Symphony Integration" /A:"Senstar Corp." /G:4e5ec126-f75c-4fc4-b03c-98131936e8b5 /C:2 /P:0
Where <computer_name> is the name of the computer that hosts the SQL Server, <instance_name> is the name of the SQL instance, <sql_user> is the username, and <sql_password> is the password.
  4. In Symphony, add the Software House C-CURE 9000 access control device as an access control device.
