Configure NUMA settings for Symphony virtual machines

To avoid issues with NUMA settings for virtual machines that host Symphony servers:

1. Set the sockets to the number of vCPUs that you require and set the number of VM cores per socket to one. This allows the hardware platform to correctly determine the vNUMA nodes.
2. Set HyperThreaded core sharing to Internal.
