Add a Siqura camera that is mounted on a pan and tilt head

When adding a Siqura camera that is mounted on a pan and tilt head using automatic discovery, Symphony detects that the camera is a zoom-only PTZ camera. The pan, tilt, and zoom controls appear for the camera in the Symphony Client, but only the zoom controls work. To get the pan and tilt controls to work for the pan and tilt head, you must manually add the camera as a PTZ camera.

To add a Siqura camera that is mounted on a pan and tilt head to Symphony:

1. Open the Symphony server configuration interface.
2. Click Devices > Cameras.
3. Click Add Cameras.
4. Click Add Camera Manually.
5. Type the IP address of the camera in the Address field.
6. Select Siqura in the Driver list.
7. Enter the credentials for the camera in the User Name and Password fields.
8. On the Connect button, click the down arrow.
9. Click Add without connecting.
10. Select PTZ and click Add Camera.
11. Click Next.
12. (Optional) Type a name for the camera and select the template, group, add-on, and server for the camera.
13. Click Add 1 Selected Camera.
