Unable to log in to the Server Configuration interface
IssueThe Server Configuration interface does not load in the browser. SymptomsEvent ID 15021 - HTTP Services SSL Availability in the system log in Event Viewer. Resolution- Stop all Symphony services.
- Run cmd.exe as an administrator.
- Run the following command
netsh http delete sslcert ipport=0.0.0.0:443
- Run the Setup Wizard.
