(Axis) Cameras not working in Symphony after uninstalling the SDK

Issue

After SDK uninstalled, Axis cameras stop working on the server.

Reason

Standard installer behaviour and impacts more than Axis devices.

Workaround

Do a repair install of Symphony server from the Windows control panel.
