Device does not power on
Issue When you attempt to power on the Thin Client by plugging it in to a PoE switch, and one or more of the following occurs: - The device does not power on.
- The device LED, located on the front of the device, do not light up, and the device does not boot up.
- You are unable to reach the Thin Client web interface by the device’s IP address.
Solutions - Verify that the device is connected to a PoE switch.
- Ensure that the PoE switch has not exceeded its maximum power budget.
