Symphony Client continuously connecting/disconnecting

Issue

Symphony Client is continuously connecting and disconnecting.

 

How to provide more information to Senstar Support

In the Manual Configuration Editor add the DumpOnHang setting.

  1. From the Server menu, select Manual Configuration Editor.The Server Configuration dialog box opens.
  2. Click Add a new setting... in the first row to activate the cells.
  3. In the blank field under the Type, Section, Key, and Value columns, enter:
    Type: Server
    ID: 5000
    Section: NetSendHist
    Key: DumpOnHang
    Value: 1
  4. Click OK. (Verify that the setting has been added.)
  5. Click Close.
  6. Restart Symphony.
  7. Reproduce the problem.
  8. Create a support case in Senstar Xnet, and attach a bug report as well as C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Temp\NetSendHistMFC.dmp.
