How to enable/capture MSI logs

  1. Install FixIt msi. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2545723.
  2. Go to the %TEMP% directory and delete msi* files (or move them to another directory).
  3. Install your product again or try reproducing the problem. Exit your product installer.
  4. Send all msi* files in the %TEMP% directory to Senstar Support.
