How to enable/capture MSI logs
- Install FixIt msi. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2545723.
- Go to the %TEMP% directory and delete msi* files (or move them to another directory).
- Install your product again or try reproducing the problem. Exit your product installer.
- Send all msi* files in the %TEMP% directory to Senstar Support.
