PTZ priorities changed when upgrade from from 6.2 fails and is run twice
When upgrading from Symphony 6.2 to ver 6.5 and higher, you should be aware of the following PTZ priorty issues. PTZ priorities change when upgrading from 6.2 In Symphony v6.2, PTZ priorities were set in the 0 – 10 range with a default of 5. In Symphony v6.5, the priorty range was changed to 0 – 100, with 100 being the highest, and 50 as the default. Issues - If your upgrade fails and is run twice, then PTZ priorities are modified twice, thus resulting in inverted priorities after the upgrade.
- Users designated with priority levels in the middle of the scale (at 5 out of 10) are now near the end of the scale (at 95 out of 100).
