How to set up Samsung SNB-7001 camera to support up to 30 FPS

Issue

The Samsung SNB-7001 camera supports a maximum of 20 FPS.

In Symphony, Samsung SNB-7001 shows unsupported FPS in the drop-down menu when adding/editing the camera. You can select 25 FPS and 30 FPS, but the camera supports a maximum of 20 FPS. When setting the camera to 30 FPS for example, nothing changes on the camera.

Solution

• It shows the correct FPS list when using ONVIF.
• When the camera runs in 2 Megapixel mode, it supports FPS up to 30.
