An upgrade to Symphony 6.8.2.0 results in Infoservice restarting constantly

Scenario

You are running a single server farm. The server is also running DNS and DNS.exe is using port 5045.

Issue

You upgrade to Symphony 6.8.2.0 and Infoservice is constantly restarting.

Your logs indicate that Infoservice cannot bind to port 5045 (Server farm health port).

Reason

Symphony 6.8.2.0 does not allow Infoservice to start without the health port.

Port 5045 is NOT needed for single server; however, you have a single server FARM.

Solution

Do not run Symphony on the same server as other software that also needs port 5045.

Symphony should ideally be running on its own machine.
