screen must be at least "1024x768"

Issue

  • You are running Symphony on a low resolution monitor and you receive an error message that the screen must be at least "1024x768"
  • Symphony Client does not launch

Solution

You can remove the resolution check by editing the acc.ini file (%appdata%\Aimetis\acc.ini)

  1. Edit the %appdata%\Aimetis\acc.ini file.
  2. Under the [main] section, add the following line.
  3. CheckMinResolution=0
    
  4. Save the acc.ini file and restart Symphony Client for the changes to take effect.
