Issue You receive the following error message: Unable to create filter graph.
Please reinstall AiraPlayer. COM error: STG_E_INVALIDHEADER (0x800300fb) in file .\FrameBuffer.cpp:<line#> 
Probable Cause You created an .AIRA file in a newer Symphony version that includes the time zone information, but played the file on an older Symphony Player that does not include time zone information.
Solution
Both old and new files play properly on new Symphony Clients/Players/Servers. Download the latest version of Symphony Player. See https://xnet.senstar.com/Xnet/Downloads/Released.aspx.
