Single Sign-On delays with Microsoft Active Directory user authentication


Users may experience temporary delays when attempting to access a Symphony Client via Single Sign-On in cases where users are authenticated against a Windows Active Directory user repository.

Users experiencing an Active Directory authentication delay will see the following error message:

"[User] is not authenticated, or not authorized to connect to [farm]. Reauthenticating in 300 seconds."


It is recommended that users wait patiently while their credentials are successfully authenticated. No further action is required.
