As 2009 comes to a close, we would like to look back over the past year and take stock of the successes and challenges that we had, while planning for the year ahead. 2009 has been a big year for Aimetis in terms of extending our global reach. The introduction of the Authorized Partner program in January has contributed to the growth of our channel partner program which now includes more than 200 partners in 89 countries. This new worldwide coverage has challenged us to provide a more “global” product, as well as provide partners with localized sales and marketing support. As a result, Aimetis Symphony is now available in more than 10 languages including German, Spanish, French, Chinese, Portuguese and Arabic. Marketing collateral is available in 7 languages, and we now have a full German website. We also introduced the Aimetis Symphony Product Tour video which enables our partners to quickly showcase the features and benefits of the Aimetis solution and is available in English, French and Spanish. Additionally we have introduced a Marketing Development Fund program (Aimetis Purple Dollars) for distributors to better enable them to support regional marketing initiatives, and upgraded the Aimetis XNet (partner portal) to provide a more comprehensive tool kit for all partners. Aimetis has also made big strides in being recognized not only for our video analytics expertise, but also for having a high quality and unique video management solution. IMS Research ranked Aimetis as one of the top ten Open Platform network video management software providers in the Americas. And, most recently, Aimetis Symphony received the highest rating ever of all the security products evaluated on SecurityDreamer.com, most notably coming out far ahead of both Milestone and Verint's combined video management and video analytics solutions. As we move into 2010, we would like to thank all our partners who contributed to our success and look forward to your continued support for the upcoming year. Wishing all a happy and safe holiday season! Sincerely, Richard Caballero VP Channel Sales | |
